Inkind

How Inkind works

A recipient creates a USDG-denominated invoice and chooses exact alternative Stock Token amounts. Payment transfers the chosen asset directly to the recipient.

Invoice terms

The face amount is in six-decimal USDG. USDG is always accepted at the face amount. The recipient may add up to eight allowlisted Stock Token options with exact raw token amounts. These are recipient-defined terms, not a live conversion or an oracle price. The payment window is between ten minutes and thirty days. A recipient may specify one payer wallet or leave the invoice open to any other wallet.

Payment and fees

The payer chooses one accepted asset and reviews the amount plus a 0.3% fee in that asset, rounded up to its smallest unit. The contract enforces the maximum total payment, invoice status, deadline and designated payer. The selected asset goes to the recipient, and the fee goes to the fixed fee recipient. All transfers and the paid status occur in one transaction. A transfer failure reverts the operation. An invoice cannot be paid twice or paid by its own recipient.

Cancellation and expiry

The recipient can cancel an unpaid invoice. After expiry the contract rejects payment. Creating an invoice deposits no assets, so cancelling it does not require a refund. A completed payment has no built-in reversal. Any later refund is a separate agreement and transfer between the parties.

Stock Token corporate actions

Each accepted Stock Token option records its onchain uiMultiplier. If that multiplier changes, payment with that option is blocked. USDG and other unchanged options remain available. The recipient can cancel the invoice and issue new terms. Inkind does not guarantee that an accepted amount remains economically equivalent to the USDG face amount.

Contracts and control

Loading deployed contract details...

The fee rate, fee recipient and token allowlist are fixed at deployment. There is no admin action to edit an invoice, seize a payment or upgrade this contract. Tokens unsupported by the deployed allowlist cannot be accepted. The interface displays recent onchain state, and the contract checks the final conditions when the transaction executes.

Risks and eligibility

Inkind is unaudited. Contract defects, token restrictions, price changes, incorrect invoice terms and wallet mistakes can cause losses. The recipient accepts the price risk of each fixed token amount. Stock Tokens are tokenised debt securities and do not confer ownership of underlying shares. Review the issuer documentation and jurisdictional restrictions. A paid invoice records an asset transfer; it does not prove delivery of goods or services, legal validity of a bill, or tax compliance.
